We are  to announce an opportunity for a seasoned Senior R&D Project Leader to join our dynamic and innovative team in Sweden. With a deep commitment to maintaining our position as a market leader, we are looking for an exceptional individual to be a strong advocate for our future software architecture roadmap. What you will do:

• Lead and manage R&D projects with a focus on software architecture development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.
• Advocate for and drive the future software architecture roadmap to maintain our market leadership.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in software development processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

The skills you bring:

• Over 10 years of experience in R&D project leadership, with a proven track record of success in software architecture development.
• A strong understanding of the Swedish system development culture, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, enabling you to effectively advocate for and implement strategic initiatives.
• A passion for technology and innovation, with a natural enjoyment of challenges related to future software architecture.
• The ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges proactively.
