Head of Operational Excellence 

As Head of Operational Excellence, you will play a key role in designing, implementing and developing our IT operating model. This includes driving best practices, optimizing processes, enhancing service delivery and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will report directly to Group CIO and work closely with IT leadership, cross-functional teams and key business stakeholders to foster a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and lead the IT Operational Excellence strategy and roadmap. 

• Define and track KPI’s and benchmarks to measure operational effectiveness and drive accountability. 

• Drive the design and implementation of IT processes aligned with organizational priorities. 

• Work together with other operational excellence specialists to drive adoption of the IT Operating Model, common principles and good practices used in everyday work. 

• Support risk management, compliance and audit activities. 

• Work closely with leaders to identify opportunities for process enhancements. 

• Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes. 

• Facilitate change management in leading and supporting operational initiatives. 

• Coach and facilitate teams and individuals to identify and implement improvement opportunities 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management or process improvement roles. 

• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Lean or similar frameworks 

• Excellent verbal and written communication 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills 

• Ability to lead a variety of cross-functional team members 

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills 

• Experience in project management 

• English language both written and verbal. Swedish and Finish are a merit.
