About this opportunity:

Overall responsible for Radio Board Design, a core product within Ericsson and leading the development team, who makes it happen. A key role and key position interacting with major design disciplines and leading a diverse engineering team with global cooperation.

 

What you will do:

- Product development and release of board design

- Planning and coordination of complex technical area across the board design

- Manage dependency towards internal stakeholders

- Manage dependency for industrialization of board design

- Manage resource management, Escaltion and Coordination across sites

- Flow optimization, knowledge transfer and learning

 

Skills you Bring:

- A Master’s degree in a relevant field

- Strong passion for collaboration, teamwork, and building effective relationships

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Genuine interest in technology and innovative technical solutions

- The confidence to challenge ideas constructively and contribute to continuous improvement

- The ability to inspire and motivate others

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Solid understanding of project management principles

- Proven skills in planning, coordination, and execution

- A proactive, action-oriented mindset (“get-it-done” attitude)

- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
