About this opportunity:

BNEW SAN Lab Operations provides world-class lab infrastructure and hardware services to Ericsson’s global R&D teams. Supporting over 23,000 engineers in labs across Sweden and worldwide, we enable efficient testing environments that power innovation.

As an ICT Operation Manager (Entry Level), you’ll help oversee the daily operations of our lab and datacenter environments in Stockholm. You’ll be a key contact for local users and stakeholders, working closely with technical and facility teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

• Act as one of a local contact for lab users and stakeholders
• Coordinate user needs with infrastructure teams
• Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
• Support and track delivery flows and resolve issues
• Communicate risks and recommend improvements
• Reject non-lab-related requests and manage resources effectively
• Participate in user meetings and share RCA findings
• Support local forecasting and planning

What you bring:

• Knowledge of hardware installation, RF, and UE
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset and structured working style
• Willingness to learn and grow in a global tech environment
• Familiarity with lean/agile methods is a plus
• Team spirit aligned with Ericsson’s values
