About this opportunity:

The BCSS Strategy Organisation is a key unit within Ericsson’s Business Area Cloud Software & Services, focused on driving and shaping the strategic direction of the business. It tackles complex challenges by providing clear, actionable insights and enabling executive decision-making. Through rigorous research, detailed analysis, and strategic initiative execution, the organisation ensures alignment with Ericsson’s long-term goals while fostering innovation and growth within the cloud software and services landscape.

What you will do:

This role involves conducting detailed market, competitor, and industry research to support strategic initiatives. It requires developing structured data models, analyses, and insight presentations, as well as preparing clear and professional content for both internal and executive audiences. The role supports Strategy Managers and Directors in project execution and actively participates in team problem-solving and workshops.

The skills you bring:

The skills and experience we expect you to have:

•    1–3 years experience in strategy, consulting, analysis, or related roles.

•    Recent graduates or early-career professionals encouraged to apply.

•    Strong analytical abilities, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

•    Experience from top-tier management consulting highly desirable.

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar).
