If you like to do something different and become a change-maker, it is probably a very good idea to join us, the Radio algorithm DUL department is a global team working towards the joint radio algorithm backlog, covering from early phases where our technology area plans are settled, development of algorithms, deliveries for HW implementation, SW management, configuration and tuning support, all the way to the maintenance of the products.
This role includes all development activities such as architecture design, requirement analysis, system design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design.
Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We develop new algorithms in teams where continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
What you will do:
• Participate in radio solution activities and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and bring in alternative approaches.
• Break down the resulting radio solution requirements to the radio algorithm level.
• Deliver requirement baseline towards SoC implementation and verification teams.
• Mainly focus area is Crest Factor Reduction (CFR), but also own system view on and involve in architecture design for other areas such as Antenna Calibration, Digital filter, Digital Pre-distortion (DPD), Passive Inter-Modulation (PIM), Machine Learning, and Radio Beamforming
• Execute pre-development and continuous analysis activities.
• Develop Simulation strategies and methodologies and follow through Execution
• Test and develop high-quality products
• Perform troubleshooting and customer support
We know you can´t predict the future but we want you to think beyond the current project to see how it will evolve. Passion and willingness to learn new things are key characteristics of our team members and we think you are that person.

• Tools experience: C++, Python, MATLAB, RF measurements tools, Spectrum Analyzers, HLS tools are good to have
• Experience with the 4G/5G Physical layer processing.
• You are analytical, structured, and result oriented. You will find creative solutions when lacking information and think outside the box.
• You have a genuine interest in Telecommunication and Radio Technology.
