About the Opportunity 

We are looking for a Requirement Management Tool Lead to join our team in Stockholm, supporting complex system development with a focus on structured, traceable requirements management. While the role operates within an ASIC/FPGA development environment, prior ASIC experience is not required but beneficial —the key is your ability to drive and scale requirement management practices. 

This person is not just a tool administrator, but a key interface between engineering disciplines, helping ensure that the right requirements reach the right teams at the right time, and that all work is aligned with architectural intent and compliance needs. If you are passionate about combining systems thinking with practical tooling and enjoy driving tool adoption and collaboration across teams, this is your opportunity. 

What you will do;  

• Implementation of Silicon requirement flow into requirement management (RM) tool environment such as IBM Rational tool DOORS Next  
• Participation of Business Networks level, commercial RM tools selection along with other expertise from other PEUs  
• Configuration of DOORS project area template according to the needs of requirement architecture on all levels (product, ASIC, function, IP subsystem, and IP block level)  
• Creation of DOORS project areas applying the configured template  
• Introduction of DOORS Next as tool into the decided ASIC projects with support to the DOORS project area owner throughout the entire workflow (importing, req handling, review, baselining, exporting, approval and releasing)  
• Education and training to DOORS users for DOORS introduction into ASIC development  
• Ownership and further development of the necessary training material (DOORS user guide, Demo video clips, IBM DOORS environment structure, etc.)  
• Supporting actively prove-of-concept initiatives from implementation environment for design and verification  
• Exploration of more advanced features of RM tool using AI agent or assistant and creation of decision proposals to the management  
• Responsibility of the needed RM tool licenses including spending and planning for PEU Silicon, communication towards Sourcing and support to Sourcing’s negotiation .  

Skills you bring; 

• At least 5 years’ experience in requirement management of R&D projects  
• Deep understanding of PEU Silicon Requirement Flow and the needs of a professional requirement tool for requirement re-usability and statement-of-compliance reasons.  
• Expertise in IBM rational tool DOORS Next in depth by experience as super user role, or IBM rational tool certification, or equivalent competence  
• Proven track record in introduction of a RM tool into R&D projects  
• Preferred knowledge in radio, RAN compute, or Silicon development experience within Ericsson  
• Efficiency mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for marketing and introduction of a new RM into large R&D organization
