About the Opportunity

We are now looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager that can strengthen our Supply Chain Design team and bring new experiences and perspectives. Within our team, we develop the supply chain design strategy, including product & customer supply chain design. We put requirements on processes and follow-up performance. We drive supply chain improvements and secure that our global supply chains are meeting customer and business requirements.

As a team, we are a set of curious, humble and dedicated people that enjoy collaborating with others to change and develop our supply chains.

This position will preferably be based in Kista, Sweden reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Design.

What You Will Do

•    Design ways of working in the supply process

•    Develop strategy and process requirement

•    Re-engineer E2E business processes

•    Lead multi-functional projects and process improvements

•    Assess capability in the E2E processes

•    Deliver process and IT solutions

•    Deliver consulting knowledge support

•    Manage the supply regulatory environment

•    Manage financial results

The Skills You Bring

•    University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent working experience

•    Minimum 5 years of experience in supply area

•    Supply chain & supply process knowledge, sales process knowledge, business understanding and project management experience

•    Excellent communication skills

•    Demonstrated leadership capabilities

•    Outstanding data analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills

•    A courage to influence across organizations, efficiently leading change, originating ideas, and shown success in building influential networks

•    Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
