About this opportunity:

We are looking for a Master Thesis intern with a phenomenal passion to make a difference. In this role, you will work on an efficiency improvement research project involving data analysis, automation, and visualization of R&D projects. The role is based at our office in Kista and includes collaboration within cross-functional R&D teams. What you will do:

• Conduct data trend analysis and provide insights to improve predictability and efficiency. 
• Support Program/Project leaders and Finance Controllers in planning and communication. 
• Develop automated reporting and visualization tools to monitor project progress. 
• Apply mathematical models and AI techniques in data analysis for optimized forecasting. 
• Refine tools and processes for decision tracking and process efficiency. 
• Participate in transformation initiatives to enhance resource, cost, and process efficiencies. 
• Support analysis of financial and capability trends. 

The skills you bring:

• Proficiency in Data Analytics tools, AI, and Mathematical Modeling. 
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. 
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and handle dynamic situations. 
• Integrity, a positive attitude, and a fact-based approach to decision-making. 
• Familiarity with Finance principles is a plus. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
