About this opportunity:

Radio Products Integration in Lund is now looking for a passionate and hardworking team mate to strengthen our capabilities.

We are responsible for integrating software and hardware modules into complete radio functions. We integrate features such as receiver automatic gain control (AGC), transmitter linearization (DPD), temperature and frequency compensations, antenna beam steering, timing, alarms, sensors and supervision.

Radio functions are tuned to secure functionality and performance of the complete Radio Product before handing over to our formal verification and certification teams.

The Product Integration team is involved in all phases of technology development from technical studies, to pre‐development and product development. Daily work involves tool development for lab automation, RF performance optimization using instruments such as signal analyzer and signal generator, trouble shooting and customer support activities.

What you will do:

- Secure and optimize the radio unit’s functionality and RF performance.

- Work in teams mastering radio product components in an Agile environment.

- Work in an international surrounding and cooperating with our colleges in various countries.

- Take care of sophisticated and exciting issues originating from the manufacturing of our products all the way to customer issues in the field.

- Work with different radio segments such as Highband mmWave and Midband Massive MIMO and radio standards LTE and NR.

- Have access to our well-equipped Integration lab and do hands-on work with RF equipment and OTA chambers.

- Work with the latest tools and products within Telecom.

The skills you bring:

- University degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

- Well-developed Radio HW- and SW- troubleshooting skills.

- RF and radio knowledge such as RF measurement technics, instrument handling, wireless systems and Digital Signal Analysis.

- Basic programming skills (Python, MATLAB).

- Experience in the design of test systems is a plus.

- Self-motivation with an outstanding ability to learn, share, and support.

- Flexibility and innovation skills.

- Proficient in English speaking and writing.
