About this opportunity:

Ericsson is seeking a dedicated IT Product Owner in the Data Product Line to drive strategic data management topics across multiple large programs / initiatives with data needs, engage in comprehensive dialog with our stakeholders to drive agreement and synergies, establish trust-based professional relationships. The prospective IT Product Owner will coordinate handling of complex business demands on data, expressing data requirements in close alignment with our stakeholders’ strategic goals. This individual will play a pivotal role in integrating data demands cross-functionally across various stakeholders, optimizing data solution approaches to minimize duplications, prioritizing open communication and collaboration to serve our long-term business goals. Offering a keen focus on business value, this role involves develop innovative data management ideas for complex data challenges, performing risk assessments, ensuring business continuity, and pinpointing data solutions to fulfill business capability requirements. 

What you will do:

-Stakeholder Check-ins, collaboration with large programs/initiatives that are driven and impacted by cross functional data and data products

-Discussions and way ahead on resolving data challenges for large initiatives (and ensuring minimization of data silos across large initiatives)

-Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Security Review Board (SRB) Meetings

-Sync with Data Product Teams

-Review and Optimize Existing Data Products, recommend build of cross-functional data products to optimize the data setup across large programs and initiatives

-Framework Development and Standards Review

-Data-related technology Research and Innovation

-Data Governance and Compliance Alignment

-Team Enablement and Knowledge Sharing
