About this opportunity:
BNEW SAN Lab Operations delivers world-class lab infrastructure, networks, and hardware services to R&D organizations. Our standardized solutions support over 23,000 engineers across ~50,000 sqm of labs in Sweden (Stockholm, Linköping, Lindholmen, Lund) and globally (Aachen, Athlone, Budapest, Beijing, Nanjing, Genoa, Jorvas, Ottawa, Pagani, Piscataway).
What you will do:
We are looking for an ICT Operation Manager to oversee daily operations of lab and data center test environments. You will be the key interface for Lab Operations users and stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of hardware installation, RF, and UE, combined with excellent relationship-building skills.
This position is based in Stockholm, reporting to the Manager SAN LSO STO HW Inst & Ops 1.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local site contact for Lab Operations users/stakeholders
- Ensure quality deliveries based on user priorities
- Coordinate user needs with SAN LSO STO facility infrastructure teams
- Drive user satisfaction and handle delivery flow issues
- Identify risks and communicate impediments
- Recommend process and service improvements
- Reject non-lab operations-related requests
- Challenge unnecessary investment costs
- Support BRM and Line Managers with site-level forecasts
- Join operative meetings with users and internal Lab Operations
- Conduct and share Root Cause Analyses (RCA)
- Lead and monitor delivery-related task forces
