Join our Security Technologies unit within the Ericsson Product Security organization - a global hub for cybersecurity excellence within the CTO office. As a prime driver in security and privacy at Ericsson, we work collaboratively with Business Areas, Market Areas and Group Functions - fully end-to-end.

Role Overview

As a Senior AI Security Technology Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Ericsson’s security technology landscape. Your responsibilities will include maintaining awareness of our current security posture, identifying technology improvement opportunities, and steering our long-term security strategy with a focus on AI. Collaboration is key: you will work alongside technology specialists across Ericsson and interface with external partners and vendors. Additionally, you will represent Ericsson in international security communities and forums, offering a unique opportunity to expand your expertise and network with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the subject matter expert on AI Security across the organization, providing strategic insights and guidance to ensure robust security measures are in place.

· Define and establish security requirements and design principles for AI, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

· Analyze global regulations and industry standards with a focus on AI security, advising on necessary adaptations for Ericsson's product portfolio to meet evolving legal and ethical requirements.

· Support the integration of AI security technologies in products, solutions, and services developed across Ericsson.

· Drive competence development in AI security; teach, coach, and mentor colleagues on various aspects of the domain.

· Provide technical guidance to advance Generative AI Risk Management and Governance processes.

· Support Business and Market Areas in security-related engagements.

· Demonstrate technological innovation leadership and support standardization efforts.

· Represent Ericsson internally and externally in AI security-related forums and disseminate knowledge at industry events.

· Conduct technical Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) in AI security.

Qualifications

· A passion for driving change on a global scale.

· Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in an international setting and influence across organizations.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.

· Proficiency in customer interaction.

· Demonstrable experience in security technologies, with a minimum of 5 years in IT or telecom.

· Solid knowledge of telecom security.

· Strong background and proven experience in AI technologies and their security implications.

· Familiarity with AI standardization efforts and technical specifications.

· Understanding of securing AI pipelines in cloud deployments, MLOps, and MLSecOps.

· Knowledge of responsible and trustworthy AI governance.

Preferred Experience

· Expertise in cloud security.

· Familiarity with cloud-native network functions, telecom networks, nodes, and architecture.

· Experience with hardware and software security.

· Leadership in security technology.

· Insight into the security business landscape, including key players, trends, and market dynamics.

· Experience in business development and innovation.

Approved security clearance is required for the position and will be carried out for the selected applicant.
