About the Opportunity

We are looking for an IT Product Owner for Compliance. In Product Line Compliance are responsible for both Regulatory and Corporate compliance. We have products and applications that are built in house and also have out of the box solutions. We are looking for a Product Owner who has good product management and technical skills and who can drive the Compliance transformation with various business units to meet the mandatory, regulatory and corporate compliance requirements.

What You Will Do

• Understanding customer/end-user needs and translate requirements and strategies to meaningful demands and use cases for product development.

• Define and optimize product strategy and roadmap for medium complexity products

• Ensuring non-functional requirements, security, and regulatory compliance of the product according to the rules, guidelines, governance, and applicable processes.

• Set and achieve the Product OKRs and ensure that the Product delivers the expected business value.

• Manage stakeholders and dependencies across organizations.

• Accountable for financial planning, forecasting, budget requests and actuals.

• E2E-accountability for product delivery, including operational responsibility, through the product lifecycle.

• Contribute to commercial discussions together with Sourcing and Suppliers (internal and external)

• Contribute to governance meetings with suppliers and stakeholders

The Skills You Bring

•  BSc or MSc degree in Computer Engineering or related areas 

•  10+ years of proven experience in product and project management

•  Experience and understanding of regulatory requirements related to compliance

•  Experience from Product Management and/or customer/stakeholder facing roles with strong stakeholder management skills

•  Experience in multi-vendor landscape

•  Strong communication and presentations skills.

•  Strong Technical acumen and ability to adopt emerging technologies 

•  Proven experience in large-scale implementations

• Familiarity with SAP and non-SAP analytics tools

• Understanding of SAP ecosystem

• Familiarity and experience with AI/ML, Gen AI

• Understanding of trade compliance and compliance requirements
