As an Enterprise Architect at Ericsson, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our engagements and technical capabilities within the banking domain. You will reside in the R&D organization and take a leading role in shaping our future architecture and functional capabilities while at the same time work closely with our business builders to accelerate our market presence and building trust with new customers. 

What you will do

•    Leverage your expertise in banking architecture to translate business requirements into architectural designs and guide the development of solutions that align with customer needs

•    As enterprise architect you will evolve architectural and functional innovation for banking segment.

•    Collaborate with Product Management as a technical advisor to identify and address architectural and system gaps needed to succeed in the banking segment.

•    Support our business builders in driving the growth of our banking segment through technical expertise, innovative approaches, building trust and demonstrate our capabilities in delivering tailored solutions.

•    Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

•    Inspire and lead teams with your self-driven, trustworthy, and engaging personality.

What you will bring

•    10+ years of experience as an architect with extensive and a deep understanding of banking systems, payment systems, risk management, and compliance.

•    University degree (MSc or BSc) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

•    Strong understanding of the financial services market, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and inspire customers and colleagues.
