About this opportunity:

Inbound NPI team is an Ericsson Supply function, providing inbound visibility and preparation on product level from design phase through new product introduction phase, maintenance, phase out and engages to the full life cycle management. Our team is dedicated to optimizing processes and driving business efficiency through data-driven insights. We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of continuous innovations in supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actions that drive business decisions and create digital solutions to enable E2E capability. To be successful in the role, we believe that you are able to provide solutions and get results in a complicated environment. You have the capability to convert the data analysis output into business insights, actionable plans and drive execution with cross functional team.

What you will do:

- Build data structure to control supply chain key parameters and life cycle management.

- Provide actionable insights and drive solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce waste.

- Drive implementations with cross functional team in supply chain operations.

- Design and implement digital solutions to improve E2E capabilities connected to financial acumen.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and supply chain metrics.

- Identify trends, patterns, and risks in data sets to inform decision-making processes.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Support the implementation of data-driven solutions and strategies across the supply chain. 

- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and automation.

The skills you bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a supply chain context.

- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python.

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

- Familiarity with supply chain processes and manufacturing knowledges.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
