About this opportunity

Are you a strong situational leader with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent social skills? Do you have a deep understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and modern software development practices? If you have experience in Radio development, preferably in software development, and are proficient in change management, we want you on our team! We are looking for a dedicated individual with project management experience, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a growth mindset to join us as a Team OPO.

Radio Products Sweden and Radios Software is part of the Radio & Transport Engineering Unit, within Development Unit Networks. We work with the newest technology within telecommunication development. The work offers a rich number of opportunities in an everyday learning, creative and exciting atmosphere! Kista, Stockholm, is our base but the world is our arena.

What you will do

•    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, monitor project progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

•    Provide technical guidance and support to team members, prioritize the backlog of input from all stakeholders, and ensure that the team delivers according to agreed priorities.

•    Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the Radio Software development team.

•    Drive project subtasks and/or subprojects end-to-end (e2e), managing software and application delivery projects.

•    Lead the team in an agile approach, handling priority and communication towards all stakeholders.

•    Break down requirements together with project drivers and teams, and be involved in team and project tasks on a daily basis.

•    Help to remove impediments for the team and project, and drive improvements within the team and project.

The skills you bring

•    Strong situational leadership, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent social skills.

•    Understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and modern software development practices.

•    Experience in Radio development, preferably in software development.

•    Proficiency in change management.

•    Experience as a project manager or in a similar role.

•    Commitment to continuous improvement and a growth mindset.
