What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?
You’ll join a team driving digital transformation and improving the employee experience for Ericsson’s entire workforce.
As an Experience Lead, you’ll use cutting-edge tools to enhance the digital workspace. You will help drive the adoption of tools like Gen AI assistants (e.g., Microsoft Copilot), PowerApps, or other digital workspace tools by ensuring the best user experience across the company.
In your first few months, you’ll familiarise yourself with ongoing projects, internal systems, and stakeholder needs. You’ll work alongside your team to optimise user journeys, help design strategies for tool adoption, and improve employee interactions with the digital tools at their disposal.
Description
As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility, lead change initiatives, and influence how digital tools are rolled out and used throughout Ericsson. You will also be able to explore new technologies, user research, and data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
You will receive mentorship and training in user experience, journey mapping, change management, and how to measure the impact of digital tools. You’ll be in a prime position to grow your career at Ericsson by shaping the digital work environment of the future.

- Permanent Role with a 12-month program: Start in the Employee Experience Team, rotate to another business unit, and return to your permanent role.

Your GO Beyond Journey
- First 6 months: Join the Employee Experience team to understand and enhance the digital workspace, support adoption initiatives, and engage stakeholders on user experience improvements.
- Next 6 months: Rotate to another business unit in GFGO to broaden your experience in areas like digital transformation, AI tools, or process improvement.
- Permanent Role: Return to Employee Experience, driving strategic initiatives, improving employee digital journeys, and making impactful recommendations on new technology tools.
Who Thrives in This Program?
We are looking for an innovative thinker who is passionate about user experience and technology. You should have:
- 1-3 years of experience in user experience, change management, or enterprise IT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on improving digital tools and employee workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The Digital Experience Team within Product Area Employee Experience is responsible for shaping Ericsson’s employees' digital workspace. This includes the tools most frequently used by employees, such as laptops, phones, accessories, conferencing equipment, and office applications.
