What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?
Youâll join a team thatâs driving change in sourcing and procurement, optimising the processes that support Ericssonâs global operations.
You wonât just oversee projectsâyouâll actively contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives and process transformation using the latest AI, automation, and data tools.
As part of your journey, youâll be trained in Six Sigma to improve project delivery and become skilled at leading transformation efforts that align with Ericssonâs broader business goals.
Youâll have mentors and buddies supporting your development, offering you opportunities to expand your skills and build relationships with senior leaders.
Youâll also learn to connect your work with Ericssonâs strategic vision, contributing to projects that help shape the companyâs future.
What Makes GO Beyond Different?
- Permanent Role with a 12-month program: Start in Group Sourcing, rotate to another business unit, and return to Group Sourcing as your permanent base.
- Global exposure to hands-on transformation projects in sourcing and procurement and learning about other business units in Ericsson.

Your GO Beyond Journey
- First 6 months: Work in GFGO Sourcing, learning and contributing to sourcing transformation initiatives, optimising digital processes, and enhancing the efficiency of sourcing strategies.
- Next 6 months: Rotate to another business unit to expand your experience, working on broader strategic initiatives and contributing to larger transformation projects.
- Permanent Role: After the rotation, return to Group Sourcing to continue making an impact, taking on more responsibility in ongoing projects, and becoming a strategic leader in sourcing.

- 1-3 years of experience in project management, procurement, or change management.
- A strong ability to work across functions, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.
