This includes leadership tasks as well as concrete technical work, such as concept development and to take part in performance evaluations. Further, alignment between main stakeholders within the company is to be ensured, and the role will be crucial in driving research insights to product impact.

- Work with technical experts across various Ericsson units to ensure well working and market-relevant solutions.

- Extensive knowledge of mobile networks and substantial experience in the mobile communications industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile network architecture.
- Proven track record in mobile network positioning is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with PHY/L1 and radio propagation is beneficial.
- Experience from evaluations, e.g., using simulations or PoCs, for positioning or similar use cases is beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, impact, and organizational skills, with the ability to mobilize and engage teams to achieve results.
- Strategic thinking, reasoning, and influence capabilities.
- Excellent teamworking, communication and presentation skills.
