About this opportunity:

Do you want to play a key role in shaping Ericsson’s supply chain? Are you passionate about ensuring product readiness for supply and supply readiness for product? Then this might be the role for you!

As a Supply Product Manager (SuPM), you will be responsible for managing the interface between product line and the supply chain, ensuring that our products are introduced efficiently and cost-effectively. You will work across multiple functions, balancing product availability, cost, and industrialization aspects to secure a competitive and resilient supply chain.

What you will do:

•    Product Readiness for Supply – Ensure new products are introduced efficiently into our supply chain with the right cost, quality, and manufacturability.

•    Supply Readiness for Product – Secure that our supply chain is prepared to meet demand with the right capacity, sourcing strategy, and logistics.

•    End-to-End Cost Management – Optimize supply chain costs while balancing business priorities.

•    Lifecycle Management – Ensure an efficient transition from product introduction (phase-in) to end-of-life (phase-out) by proactively managing supply chain readiness, minimizing risks, and optimizing cost and availability throughout the product lifecycle.

•    Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Product line, R&D, NPI & Production, Sourcing, Manufacturing Sites, Business Control and Operations to align supply strategies with business objectives.

•    Process Improvement – Contribute to increased efficiency and productivity by driving automation and a mindset shift from execution to setting and monitoring business rules.

The skills you bring:

•    A structured and analytical professional with experience in supply chain management, product management, or industrialization.

•    Comfortable working in a cross-functional and global environment.

•    Strong communicator who can drive alignment and influence stakeholders.

•    Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to balance short-term problem-solving with long-term strategic thinking.

•    Experience with cost management, supply chain planning, or product lifecycle management is a plus.
