What Will I Be Doing at Ericsson?
As the IT Product Owner Sourcing, you will play a key role in enhancing Ericsson’s IT services related to the 'Source to Agreement' and 'Implement Agreement and Call off' capabilities. Your focus will be improving user experiences through automation and AI, ensuring that critical services support Ericsson’s 100,000 employees worldwide.
You’ll dive into complex data systems, working alongside experienced colleagues to define roadmaps, refine requirements, and execute improvement activities to keep operations efficient. Your work will directly impact how Ericsson’s employees interact with internal purchasing systems, resource management, and supplier negotiations, improving both internal efficiency and external supplier collaboration.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and team members to define and plan roadmaps for IT services

Your GO Beyond Journey
Throughout your 12-month program, you’ll follow a clear development path:
- First 6 months: Work with the IT Product Owners team to gain deep understanding of Ericsson’s Sourcing IT services, aligning and refining system capabilities and ensuring smooth user adoption
- Next 6 months: Rotate to another business unit to broaden your experience, focusing on areas that interest you and align with the digital transformation work you did during your first rotation
- Permanent Role: After the rotation, return to the Product Line Sourcing and Resource Management team, continuing to take ownership of ongoing projects and driving improvements in IT service management

The Product Line Sourcing and Resource Management team manages key IT services that enable internal purchasing and resource management processes at Ericsson. Our team consists of IT Product Owners and Technology Specialists working together in a collaborative, innovative, and agile environment to drive digital transformation.
