Our organization PEU RAN Performance PEG3 is part of RAN Software & Compute Platforms Engineering Unit in BA Networks and responsible for driving Baseband software product development end to end by having competence and capability to take on full feature responsibility.

PEU RAN Performance is located mainly on different sites in Sweden, Canada, China and US. This position is placed at the Stockholm Kista site.

What You Will Do 

In this we are recruiting System developers and programmers.

General requirements:

•    Develop (integrate and test) 5G and Cloud RAN baseband architecture, functionality, and features in an end-to-end as well as in a partly simulated environment.

•    Perform trouble shooting and customer support.

•    Drive continuous improvements of products, environments, and processes.

•    Analyze new requirements from new features.

•    As a programmer: Deliver inventive, high quality and optimized code. Write unit and multi component tests to secure the quality of your deliveries.

•    As a system developer: Perform systems studies in the area of Radio Physical Layer for radio functions like Beam Forming, Massive MIMO for 5G/6G etc.

The Skills You Bring

•    Interest in and a drive to learn software test and integration

•    MSc in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge

•    Programming skills preferably in C, C++, Python

•    Telecom/mobile communication knowledge

•    A productive, creative mindset can help you interact easily with other people

•    Competence in Basic Real time embedded systems, AI/ML and Cloud technologies is an advantage

•    Good Communication skills and fluent in English
