About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly Technical Program Manager with expertise in ASIC/SoC verification, automation, and EDA tools. In this high-visibility role, you’ll drive execution, define roadmaps, and ensure alignment for Silicon DV( Design Verification) methodologies, EDA tool deployment, and verification analytics. You’ll play a key role in adopting verification methodologies and executing silicon design projects. What you will do 

•    Program Management & Execution

           a)    Lead Design Verification (DV) methodology programs, deploying automation, tools, and workflows.

           b)    Define and track project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with global R&D teams.

           c)    Identify risks and create strategies for on-time delivery of methodology initiatives.

•    Methodology & EDA Tool Deployment

          a)    Work closely with Frontend CAD, DV engineers, and compute infrastructure teams to improve IP/SoC verification methodologies.

          b)    Oversee the development and deployment of test bench architecture improvements and verification automation flows.

•    Cross-Team Collaboration & Communication

          a)   Act as a liaison between DV teams, EDA tool providers, infrastructure teams, and program stakeholders.

          b)   Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to engineering and executive leadership.

•   Data-Driven Decision Making

         a)   Implement metric-driven tracking for coverage, pass/fail rates, runtime, memory usage, and efficiency.

         b)   Use dashboards and AI/ML-driven analytics to monitor verification workload throughput

Skills you Bring; 

•    Expertise in ASIC/SoC design and verification, including methodologies, test bench architecture, and EDA workflows.

•    Proven ability to lead technical programs in silicon design, EDA automation, and verification improvements.

•    Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog, UVM, and verification methodologies at the IP, subsystem, and SoC level.

•    Familiar with EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) for simulation, formal verification, and static checking.

•    Hands-on experience with CI/CD automation, Jenkins, and scripting (Python, Perl, Bash).

•    Knowledge of compute cluster scheduling, license usage analysis, and resource optimization.

•    Strong communication skills, with experience presenting technical updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.

•    BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

•    5+ years of experience in silicon design, verification, EDA methodologies, or program management within semiconductor R&D.
